Cookies in Web version not working/activated

Thanks for this awesome plugin. It's working great!
There is one issue we can't seem to get fixed.
On iOS cookies are working great, but when we open the web version (chrome/safari) the cookies are not working.
This means we cannot let our users login to the webpage.

Would it be possible to get this working for web as well?

I there ... Same problem over here.. I can't login to my site as it uses cookies to check logins ok ...

This should be a main feature ...
