nice website! Some minor layout things:

hover text is overflowing in some elements

I personally find the font-size of the hover-text a bit too large, that could resolve the issue already

Somehow the size of the menu feels to me wrong in comparison to the content fontsizes - not sure, might just be me 🤷

Team:

The pictures are of different size
I found the text a bit hard to read, maybe paragraphs and/or justified text might help already

Sponsoring: It might be helpful to provide the github sponsoring link directly there as well

Docs => Maybe add a small icon that indicates you will leave the current page

Users: You have the MPI there, at what point do you decide to put institutions there? mostly curious :)
