Hi,
Works with everything I tested but not in gmail. Cannot enter an email address for new messages.
Tested in Alpha6

Found a workaround. Make keepopen by default to true. In fact when the keyboard opens, gmail things the "input" has lost the focus so the keybord disapears. Keeping it open is a workaround. BTW this is as well an anoyance as we need to willingly close the keyboard or it never disapears.
