Add option to pass view model for tree selection via checkboxes. Proposed syntax:

<div data-bind="fancytree: {
    data: app.model.Tree, 
    selected: app.model.MySelectedItems, 
    options: {checkbox: true}
}">

This should update selected items when checkbox is cheched.
