A solution is missing:
Exception namespace: builtins.SyntaxError
Error message:

'app.controllers.ManagerController' not found OR error when importing this module: cannot import name 'env' from 'masonite' (C:\Users\<user>\anaconda3\lib\site-packages\masonite\__init__.py)
