Offline Tracking

I work currency on a project with a lot of offline usage (electron App) so we need to track this kind of user interaction. In Google there is a project called Workbox https://developer.chrome.com/docs/workbox/modules/workbox-google-analytics/ this enabled offline tracking in your project what do you think about this feature?

I think about something like

When this would be usable i would be happy to help develop this currency i use my own wrapper to create this feature but i this would be a nice enhancement to this project.
