Workarounds welcome, including source patches if necessary.
I use enve to make longer animations (20+ sec) where things need to happen at specific timestamps. I would much prefer to see the timeline displayed in units of seconds, rather than frames, but the "Display Time" option in the Popup menu does nothing. I currently use a spreadsheet to map timestamps onto frame #, but that's annoying and I'd like to find a way to get the timeline to display seconds.
Also open to suggestions re: other similar 2d animation software, since it seems enve development has stopped.
Tested on Ubuntu 22.04 and Ubuntu 18.04
