Option to ignore CH2 #30

I get an error on every single frame "CH2: no valid DIF"
This makes DV Analzyer much to verbose and much harder to figure out real errors!
A command-line flag to ignore channel 2 would be greatly appreciated!
I believe the relevant code is here (where 2 channels are hard-coded):
