PWA - iOs - Choose notification snackbar always displayed when refused on device settings

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to your Mobile settings
2. Disable the notification for the PWA app
3. Open the app and navigate
4. See error

Current behaviour

Even though I have chosen to refuse the app, on the device setting, on the personal setting on the platform, I always display the notification choice snackbar.

Expected behavior

When I have choose to not activate the notification on the device, I should no longer have the notification choice snackbar.
