Allow to self mention in notes

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When write aa note it is now possible to insert user names by typing '@'
this works well except it is not possible to select myself.

Describe the solution you'd like
autocomplete list should display current user name and allow to select it.

case : a note that is a meeting report ans lists participants.
