Notes/SNV/News : URL having Anchor element isn't displaying as expected

Steps:
Create a News1 and Note1 in spaceX
Add multiple anchors in Note1 and News1
get anchors urls from notes1 and news1 and post them in Activity stream
on Activity stream, click on urls having anchors
Actual:
anhor element removed Url and Note1 is displayed
News1 displayed having comment drawer opened
Expected:
Notes1: Url should persist and note1 displayed focusing on anchor
News1: News1 displayed focusing on anchor without opening the comments
