Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Start a fresh server (no data)
Go to Sidebar configuration UI

Current behaviour

The Sidebar configuration doesn't include the Builtin Space Templates imported in sever startup phase

Expected behavior

The 4 builtin Space Templates should be listed in Sidebar configuration
