NullReferenceException in IncidentWorker_RoadWorks.RandomNearbyTradeableSettlement #37

There was a nearby "pristine ruins" from Real Ruins, but I don't know if that was related.
I checked my IncidentWorker_RoadWorks file and it looks the same as the current master.
