* remove `deactiveCommand` b/c we couldn't guarantee it would always run. * remove `Alloglot: restart alloglot` b/c it was broken. * remove dialog box when activation command fails b/c `restart alloglot` was broken. * (hopefully) better handling of killing child processes.

A PR to release these changes has been created, bumping the version from 3.2.4 to 4.0.0. |
