Ranked league numbers are wrong #1628

noticed the ranked league numbers are off..

currently:
6 diamond
6 platinum
5 gold
13 silver
20 bronze

was supposed to be:
7 diamond
7 platinum
7 gold
14 silver
21 bronze

not that it matters too much, but thats what the wiki says & what the new signup pages say as well, so should be consistent..
