What would you like to be added?

Currently we have ~300GiB of images in the Artifacts Registry costing us ~$30 / month. This will only increase as new images are created & removing old images should be a part of the GitHub Action which creates instances for pull requests.

Why is this needed?

It's an unnecessary cost since old images are never reused.

I wrote a script to remove all the existing images, which will significantly reduce costs while work on automating the process.
