New Snaps Improvement Proposals (SIPs) ready for your feedback

Hello snap developers! We have two new improvement proposals for your feedback:

snap_getLocale

Right now there is no way to know what language a MetaMask user has selected inside of MetaMask from a snap. In order to make your snap localized for different languages, you would have to ask the user what language they use. This provides an API for you to get this information in your snap and use that as you wish to show localized text.

Domain Resolution

This is a new API that allows snaps to facilitate name lookups similar to ENS. A snap can resolve a name to an address and vice-versa.
