Medical Establishment Model:
This PR closes issue #14 #15 #16  as the sanitary establishment model have been remodeled and switched from different entities to one main Medical Establishment structure.
the Medical Establishment Structure is now main, and encompasses the subs (Hospital, Pharmacy, Clinic, Polyclinic) as "types" property.
