Under the Client Packages (12.X.X) table there is a list of NPM libraries for Azure Storage. For Azure Table Storage the displayed name of the library is @azure/data-table, but it's actually @azure/data-tables (plural, with the s at the end).
The link itself sends you to the correct NPM page. But while you are browsing the docs, see that the name is @azure/data-table (without s at the end) and try to install it - you get the 404 package not found error. So you basically need to get back to the doc, follow the link and see that the name of the library is different, which creates some unnecessary confusion.
