Reschedule the runs #33

According to owid/covid-19-data#2784, the updates will happen from 08-03-2023 on the weekly basis. beacuse the previous data source (Johns Hopkins University will stop publishing data the confirmed COVID-19 cases and deaths from 10-03-2023).

Therefore, all the runs have to be rescheduled on running weekly from 08-03-2023 e.g. next time is 15-03-2023.
