Additional information in each Demo Description

In order to be able to select and run demos aligned to the demo audience the following items should be added to each Demo Description:

• Persona - describe the target persona the demo is geared towards (i.e. job title, role, responsibility and industry).
• Problem Statement - List the challenges / problems for the persona that will be addressed with the capability that is demonstrated.
• Specific Capabilities - Describe what are the capabilities that the persona needs to solve his/her problem, from their perspective.
• Value - Describe the value and/or difference between the way the persona does something today and the way it could be with our solution. Commonly this is quantified in time, people, steps, costs that is important to the business.
