Translation Mistake for German

The german translation is off, in the section of pathway about the stairs. A verb is missing.

Original:

"A positive stair_count implies that the rider walk up from from_stop_id to to_stop_id. And a negative stair_count implies that the rider walk down from from_stop_id to to_stop_id."

German:

"Ein positiver stair_count impliziert, dass der Fahrer die Treppe von from_stop_id zu to_stop_id. Und ein negativer Wert stair_count bedeutet, dass der Fahrer von from_stop_id bis to_stop_id."

But is should say e.g.,
"Ein positiver stair_count impliziert, dass der Fahrer die Treppe von from_stop_id zu to_stop_id hinauf steigt. Und ein negativer Wert stair_count bedeutet, dass der Fahrer von from_stop_id bis to_stop_id herab steigt."

I don't know where to change it and create a PR, but I wanted to mention it.
