Elaborate a node script to fetch the following information:

issue opening dates by quarter of the year
PR merging dates by quarter of the year
issue comments counts by quarter of the year
pr comments counts by quarter of the year

... for each one of the following repositories

gtfs-validator
transit
nabsa
