UP + LEFT + A + B to reset device

Thanks to @MrBlinky, we can reset the device with a simple keypress combo.

Fixed issue with freeze after upload.

Hotfix for controls

Fixed an issue with controls not responding appropriately.

1.2 - Some song changes

• Re-arranged intro song
• old intro goes to stage 4
• all new stage 5 song
  Program size is 28672 bytes (100%) of a maximum 28,672 bytes!

1.1 - Made the game a bit easier ;)

• Slowed down some bosses firing rate
• Shield recharges when you warp to bosses
• Stages now follow this format:
  Wave 1: Enemy 1
  Wave 2: Enemies 1 + 2
  Wave 3: Enemies 1-3
  Wave 4: Enemies + Asteroids
• Changed the intro song
• Intro song also acts as "Stage 4 song"
• Updated SFX for Attract mode
