Need to sort out naming of prepare and preprocess for correct inheritance

The preparation step performed in the MriStudy base class is somewhat confused with the preprocessing steps performed in contrast-specific subclasses. Need to sort out the flow here, perhaps by creating a dummy preprocessing pipeline in the base class that can be overwritten in subclasses
