SAMPFUNCS not required?

So, you've stated that SAMPFUNCS isn't required, simply an asi loader and moonloader, but, the "/ie" command literally requires you to have SAMPFUNCS, how am I supposed to configure and use interface editor when I can't access the command to begin with?

Yeah i noticed, i really havent paid that much attention to it.
Even though i considered this project as one time finish, i will do another version of it, including fixing this.
