I managed to make it run at least using the sample of the dataset and phone_set,json from here:
https://huggingface.co/spaces/NATSpeech/PortaSpeech/blob/f26c987c6b32d8e97148a2a077b7abd8e7111d85/data/binary/ljspeech/phone_set.json

但是推理还是有问题
