rtsp protocol configuration

I installed motion_4.1.1-1.1+b2_armhf.deb but I'm having trouble showing the IPcam Tapo c200 through the browser via Motion.
I need some help interpreting the problem. Thank you.

the camera and server are on the same network.
what I changed in config:

netcam_url rtsp://192.168.1.73/stream2
netcam_highres rtsp://192.168.1.73/stream1

try upgrading to the latest version, 4.1.1 is quite old and there were some rtsp improvements
