可能的思路
添加订阅命令的流程中，让用户可以添加需要@的用户（可能需要有最大数量限制）extra_msg的参数，在推送时获取需要@的用户，加入该参数中生成@消息（避免生成到图片里）潜在的影响
可能会影响到数据库字段结构
存在的限制
上述思路只能进行特定某个平台中特定订阅目标的@提醒
