关于无法进行explore的问题

我执行了这两个代码，但是会出现这个报错，然后机器人不作任何运行：
roslaunch xju_simu simple_world.launch
roslaunch xju_explore explore.launch

执行的launch如下（是与视频中一致的）：

出现问题：

小车没有执行任何动作想问问应该怎么解决呀

缺少一些功能包，thirdparty 文件夹里的一些功能包需要下载下来编译，如navigation 、teb_local_planner 、costmap_converter 等
