I checked all the fans and they are missing texture. Minecraft version 1.21 NeoForge 21.0.167

i too have same issue, i need either f3 + t to reload texture or reshufle resource pack when in a world or server

It's an issue with Modern Fix. There should be a patch out by them soon that fixes standalone model loading. embeddedt/ModernFix#475
