Improve error handling when the ImageService request errors out #58

Currently, each request that errors out from the ImageService get's treated as an "invalid data" / "data over ocean", which causes the UI to show a warning message that the dataset does not include temperature values over the ocean.

This should be tackled so that the UI shows appropriate error messages per case.
