...so that I can do 1 execution of pds-deep-archive and grab all versions of collections and their associated products in a SIP

Acceptance Criteria

Given a bundle referencing collections by LID
When I perform pds-deep-registry-archive --all-versions against that bundle
Then I expect all versions of the associated collections and their associated products to be included in the SIP
