It would be helpful to somehow capture an audit trail of who is accessing KBA and how long their queries take to complete. Not sure how Swagger 2.0 / OpenAPI 3.0 supports the capture of HTTP header information which could be used for this purpose.

Note: We already have a bit of an audit trail (in the cache database) about which queries were issued.
