Portal Metrics Rendering issues while navigating from ImageryViewer

Describe the bug
Portal Metrics page rendering issues while navigating from ImageryViewer. Visiting Metrics page on portals work fine when directly visiting the Metrics page or navigating via other portal pages.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to QGreenland portal - (portal configured with dark theme with panels)
2. Visit the Metrics Page (see it getting rendered properly)
3. Visit Imagery Viewer tab
4. Re-Visit the Metrics Page (see rendering issues)

Expected behavior
Metrics page rendered properly with all the elements interactable.
