Automatically produce latex tables of datasets included in a runcard

This is something that would be really useful for papers. After all datasets are finally implemented the nnpdf-data package could read a runcard from validphys and return a table with e.g.

Dataset label	ndata	Fiducial phase space	References

and even the corresponding bib files, grouped by experiment, process or other keys.
