The controls image of the dashboard is not localized

Describe the bug?

At least on desktop, the image that shows the player's controls are not localized based on selected locale.

To Reproduce

Start up Neos with the default dashboard, set locale to anything other than English, see the image in English instead of translated.

Expected behavior

The image is translated, considering the amount of community translation support I am guessing this is a technical issue, not a lack-of-translations issue.

This is not a bug, it's just something that hasn't been implemented yet. Currently the locale system doesn't have ability to replace assets, that requires more work to be implemented.

It is planned in the future, but we need to expand the system a bit for this.
