Add support for Fleetsmith as a Mac source

Would be great to support Fleetsmith as another alternative for gathering information about Macs. They are still beta, so not sure how great the API is, but if it's possible, would be a good addition. (cc @jesseendahl)

Thanks for your interest in Stethoscope! Unfortunately, we're unlikely to implement support for Fleetsmith ourselves as it's not a product we use internally (at Netflix). That said, we'd be happy to accept a PR for a plugin that added Fleetsmith support. I'll be adding more documentation around writing your own plugins soon, but in the meantime you can check out the existing device-data plugins (e.g., the google and jamf plugins) for examples of how one might do so.
