@juliafredenburg Do we need access to council stat or is this data enough to build what people want to see?

I dont think so. here is the open data

In the user testing, we'll see though if people want super specific address info - thats what would make it so that we need to go to the original data source.

Cool. If that's the case, we'll definitely need to add in authentication to make sure only council staff can see that info. Additionally, if CMs want to keep their own info private, we'll need different permissions for each office. That could get a bit thorny.

Its to be avoided if possible. it would then require a different level of access for council staff with logins, etc.
