The Ask

EVM developers on Nibiru will need to be able to import the interfaces for precompiled contracts and any related constants. Solidity uses npm as the package registry like JS and TS.

Open Questions

Q: What needs to be published?
Q: Should it be part of the @nibiruchain/nibijs package.
