Since winget now has the ability to install applications from the Microsoft Store, it would make sense to drop one version?

Multiple packages found matching input criteria. Please refine the input.

Should we add the source on the website? (Easier installation for a user)

Yeah, or we need to list both commands or leave one as default.

One option would be to remove the second intallation option from winget? (just keep the msstore version)
