missing licence

This doesn't have a copyright notice anywhere I can see. Could you add a licence so that it is usable as free software? I assume it should be a permissive licence for the library, at least.

By the way, this project is sleeping right now.
But I still try to fix issues when they show up.

Thanks. Does "sleeping" mean it's not recommended, or you're just not working on it? It seems a useful tool if you want rooflines for x86_64.

It means that I am not working on it. I update it whenever I need it and I miss a feature or notice a bug.
I will also devote time for reasonable updates and feature additions if requested.
As the project activity suggests, none of these cases hapenned lately.

I would definitely recommend it as an open alternative to Intel advisor.
Intel has been embedding the CARM in their tool for a while now.
However they do not work on the Locality-Aware side of the tool.
