User Guide: Inconsistent Formatting

The specifications for the parameters required for the delete command do not accurately reflect the requirements.

The function itself is quite flexibly coded and not all of the parameters may be needed. This could be the intended formatting for this function's section in the user guide, however, just in case it is not, perhaps a different formatting could be used. Otherwise, some users may misunderstand and think that they must key in all parameters when deleting a patient, which may limit them from fully utilising your function.
