Empty Lines / Quirks Mode #14

For some strange Reason Smarty adds an empty Line before the Doctype, which sends the Browser in Quirks Mode. Solution was pretty simple:

SmartyRender.php line 144:

$this->__content = trim($this->smarty->fetch($this->__file));

just added a trim(). See this as a Pull Request ;)
