A very convenient workflow is to combine password-store (https://git.zx2c4.com/password-store) with the nitrokey pro for holding the GPG key to the store. This way arbitrarily many passwords and similar informations can be held, and in addition, it is easy to make backup of the passwords store (just a repository to copy).
I was wondering if it would be useful to make this sort of workflow even more accessible to n00bs by integrating password-store inside the app, as at the moment, while very good, this workflow requires a bit of technical proficiency. I think password-store should work easily on Linux and Mac, and probably also on windows through the linux subsystem, so the integration should be do-able. What do you think?

In other words a GUI support for the password-store? Interesting idea. Let's keep this up. For now we plan to fix the biggest, long overdue issues first, and then looking into enhancements, but later it should be possible.
Yes exactly, that would effectively turn the nitrokey together with the app into an arbitrary big password safe (which is already the case of course for power users, but not for people using it 'superficially' through the app).
Yes I understand that this may have low priority :)
