Ошибка следующая:
EAuthException: PAGE_NOT_FOUND : Handling controller for path /api/ not found

Решение:
/vendor/nodge/yii2-eauth/src/services/OdnoklassnikiOAuth2Service.php
строка 42:
-protected $baseApiUrl = 'https://api.ok.ru/api/';
+protected $baseApiUrl = 'https://api.ok.ru/api/users/getCurrentUser';
