[16.0 & 17.0] fieldservice_activity unable to add adhoc activities besides the ones from template #1263

Module fieldservice_activity

Up to V15.0, user could add additional activities.

On 16.0 (and on 17.0), the onchange related to template_id was changed for a _compute, and now no additional activities can be added.
