I think I've seen this when the filesystem to be written is larger than the partition size. Can you provide more information on how you came to the conclusion that this has something to do with block alignment? |

Hello,
I was able to build the correct images for NX Xavier with mender support and everything (well almost..) works fine.
Trying to build the same for Nano (production som), when I try to flash the tegraflash, I see the following error in the console (during flashing the .ext4 rootfs):
Written less bytes than expectedHALT: spinning forever...
Is there any setup I need to make in order to make the ext4 image block aligned?
