I have data from a rich behavioral error awareness task and am wondering if I could use this toolbox to infer latent states from the behavioral traces of my task (e.g., error density, error awareness density, reaction time (RT), RT variability, etc.). I am obtaining interesting results when using the number of behavioral traces as "channels" in the toolbox. However, I would like to know if this approach is valid.
Any comments or insights would be greatly appreciated!
