As part of OHDSI/Strategus#29, each package will need to provide a way to describe its results model and provide functions for creating the results data, uploading results and potentially purging results. An example of this implementation is here: OHDSI/CohortGenerator#163. The R/ResultsDataModel.R is the main addition (that PR has a lot of other stuff I needed to adopt the results data model).
